Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item you received is damaged
- The item is different from what you ordered
Reporting an Issue
If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Full refund, or
- Free replacement (based on your preference and product availability)
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- We do not accept refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account
